Sessions
All sessions are private and designed exclusively for women. Each session is calm, personal, and guided at your pace.
Initial Consultation — ¥5,000
This first session is an opportunity to understand your body and your goals. We begin with a gentle conversation about how your body feels, followed by a simple posture and movement observation.
You will experience a short guided sequence including breathing, alignment awareness, and soft movement. This allows you to feel the approach and notice immediate changes in tension and balance.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of your body and how future sessions can support you.
Private Session — 60 minutes — ¥10,000
This session focuses on restoring fluid movement and improving alignment through gentle, guided work.
We combine active stretching, breath awareness, and movement inspired by ballet technique to help release unnecessary tension and reconnect you with your body’s natural centre.
Special attention is often given to pelvic alignment, posture, and the relationship between breath and movement.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced both physically and mentally.
Private Session — 90 minutes — ¥14,000
This extended session allows deeper release and refinement. There is more time to work slowly and attentively with your body.
We explore movement patterns, breathing, and alignment in greater detail, allowing your nervous system to fully relax and your body to reorganise naturally.
This session is especially beneficial if you experience chronic tension, feel disconnected from your body, or want to develop a deeper sense of fluid, effortless movement.
